Leslie Morgenstein is the founder and President and Chief Creative Officer of Alloy Entertainment, a creator and producer of youth-oriented books, television and film. The Los Angeles and New York-based production company officially became part of Warner Bros. Television in 2012, which later evolved into Warner Bros. Discovery, resulting in an ongoing exclusive television deal at the studio. Alloy Entertainment has a motion picture deal at Netflix, as well.

Morgenstein has produced numerous feature films, including three consecutive number one films for Netflix: “You Are SO Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah,” starring Adam Sandler and Idina Menzel; “Purple Hearts,” starring Sofia Carson and Nicholas Galitzine; and “Work It,” starring Sabrina Carpenter. He also produced “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” franchise for Warner Bros., and the genre film “Tarot,” which Sony Pictures released theatrically in 2024. He currently has three motion pictures in development at Netflix, including “Pride,” a co-production with the Obamas’ Higher Ground, which is a modern-day retelling of Pride and Prejudice.

On the television side, Morgenstein has produced more than 900 hours of some of the most iconic pop culture television of the 2000s. Recent television credits include the Netflix global hit “You,” starring Penn Badgley, and Max’s “Pretty Little Liars” franchise. His previous television credits include executive producing both iterations of “Gossip Girl,” “The Vampire Diaries” and both of its spinoffs, “The Originals” and “Legacies,” the OG “Pretty Little Liars,” and “The 100.”

Morgenstein oversees the development and licensing of approximately 20 new books a year, which are published globally in more than 40 languages. More than 85 of Alloy Entertainment’s books have reached The New York Times Best Sellers list.  

He has an undergraduate degree in writing and photography from Sarah Lawrence College, an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and completed his master’s work in English and creative writing at the City College of New York.

Josh Bank joined Alloy Entertainment in 1998. He runs the East Coast division of Alloy Entertainment at Hudson Yards in New York City. In his tenure with the company, he has overseen the creation of all of the company’s book properties. He specializes in leading creatives in the conceptualization, development, and editorial execution of commercial and literary titles. Before landing at Alloy Entertainment, he worked for CCI, a boutique advertising firm in Soho, specializing in positioning work for Fortune 500 companies such as Sony, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and MasterCard. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, two sons, and daughter. He serves on the Board of Directors at Graham Windham and the Board of Overseers at NYU Langone. 

Lanie Davis

SVP, Co-Editorial Director

Lanie Davis is Senior Vice President, Co-Editorial Director at Alloy Entertainment. Lanie works on all genres of children’s and adult books, with an emphasis on mystery, thriller, and suspense in all age ranges, as well as heartfelt, humorous series in the middle grade space. She loves commercial storytelling paired with a distinct voice—and a great plot twist. Notable authors include New York Times and USA Today bestsellers Caroline Kepnes, Sara Shepard, and Sloan Harlow. Lanie hails from Madison, Wisconsin, and prior to joining Alloy, she studied Art History and American Civilization at Brown University. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two daughters.

Joelle Hobeika 

SVP, Co-Editorial Director

Joelle Hobeika is Senior Vice President, Co-Editorial Director at Alloy Entertainment. She pursues upmarket fiction for adults and the occasional YA property, focusing on book club fiction as well as mystery, thriller, and suspense. Her notable authors include Emiko Jean, Katharine McGee, and Nicola Yoon. Prior to joining Alloy, Joelle studied English at Harvard University, where she wrote for the newspaper and taught photography. Outside of work, she runs marathons, spends time at her local pottery studio, and chases around her highly active toddler and (thankfully less active) dog.

Viana Siniscalchi

Viana Siniscalchi is an Executive Editor specializing in YA and adult fiction. At Alloy, she has overseen the editorial development of numerous bestselling and critically acclaimed novels, including The Davenports by Krystal Marquis, Liar’s Beach by Katie Cotugno, When You Look Like Us by Pamela N. Harris, The Rehearsals by Annette Christie, and The Essential Elizabeth Stone by Jennifer Banash. Viana’s list is focused primarily on romance, book club fiction, domestic suspense, and thrillers.

Jess Harriton is an Editor working on YA and adult novels. She is most drawn to thrillers, romance, book club fiction, coming-of-age, and speculative stories with strong hooks and distinct voices. At Alloy Entertainment, Jess edited Last Kiss of Summer by Jessica M. Felleman and co-edited All We Lost Was Everything by Sloan Harlow. Prior to joining Alloy, Jess was an editor at Rebel Girls developing middle grade fiction and nonfiction and at Penguin Random House where she acquired and edited several award-winning and bestselling titles, including They Wish They Were Us and They’ll Never Catch Us by Jessica Goodman, The Summer of Lost Letters by Hannah Reynolds, and There’s a Rock Concert in My Bedroom by Kevin Jonas and Danielle Jonas.

Romy Golan

Senior Managing Editor

Romy Golan is the Senior Managing Editor, overseeing editorial and development operations, foreign publishing and subsidiary rights, and business development. She manages the production of diverse literary works, collaborating closely with authors, editors, agents, and cross-functional teams. Romy is also involved in all aspects of the production of Alloy’s film projects, including “Purple Hearts” (Co-Producer) and “Work It.” Romy holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a BA from Johns Hopkins University. With a foundation in project management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling, she is dedicated to enhancing creative processes.

Matthew Bloomgarden 

VP, Business and Legal Affairs 

Matthew Bloomgarden is Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs. Matt has been with Alloy since 2011 and negotiates deals and contracts for all of Alloy’s publishing, film, TV, and live stage projects. He advises Alloy’s creative, production, and finance teams on issues related to development, intellectual property, contracts, production, and distribution. Matt oversees production on Alloy’s film projects such as “Work It” (Associate Producer) and “Purple Hearts” (Co-Producer). Prior to Alloy, he worked at The Wylie Agency. Matt received his JD at Loyola Law School and his BA with honors from Brown University. He is admitted to the bar in NY and CA. Based in Brooklyn, NY, you’ll find Matt playing with his three cute kids, reading detective books, or watching British spy shows.

Daisy Garrison

Associate Editor

Daisy Garrison is an Associate Editor working on YA and adult fiction. She’s drawn to trope-defying romantic comedies, character-driven coming-of-age stories, and fantasy. Before joining Alloy, Daisy studied Theatre and English at Northwestern University and is also the author of Six More Months of June, a 2024 Indie Next/Indies Introduce YA novel.

Victor Manriquez

FP&A Manager

Victor Manriquez is the Finance Manager at Alloy Entertainment, with previous experience as Finance Manager at Santander Bank and other financial institutions. He has also held finance and accounting roles at Ericsson, Puma, and Ledvance. Victor holds a dual MBA and Business Intelligence degree from Escuela de Negocios de Barcelona, as well as an MSc in Business Economics and a BA in Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City.

Elysa Koplovitz Dutton

EVP, Theatrical Development & Production

Elysa Koplovitz Dutton is a veteran film producer and production executive. She currently runs the feature film division for Alloy Entertainment as EVP of Theatrical Development & Production. She most recently produced Netflix’s “You Are SO Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah” starring Adam Sandler and Idina Menzel, which debuted at #1 on the platform and was awarded the CBS Primetime Family Film and TV Award for “Best Family Film/TV.” She is the author of the Penguin Random House children’s book Christmas Forever: Escape to the North Pole (October 2024). 

With Netflix, she also produced “Purple Hearts,” which was named the 7th most popular film on the platform of all time and was the first Netflix film of 2022 to break 100 million hours viewed in a single week, as well as the dance comedy hit “Work It,” which premiered on Netflix at the number one spot worldwide.

Elysa’s other credits for Alloy include “The Sun Is Also a Star” (MGM/Warner Bros.) and “Everything, Everything” (MGM/Warner Bros.), which received two NAACP Image Award nominations and won the Teen Choice Award for Choice Movie Drama. Elysa has received the prestigious ReFrame Stamp five times since its inception, which honors standout gender-balanced film and television projects. Prior to Alloy, she produced the classic comedy and cult hit Mike Judge-directed “Idiocracy,” which continues to play at revival houses nationwide. 

Elysa is also a former executive and head of film for MTV Films and Vice President for 20th Century Fox. Her long list of credits as an executive includes “Election,” “The Fighting Temptations,” “200 Cigarettes,” “The Wood,” “Beavis and Butthead Do America,” “The Original Kings of Comedy,” “Varsity Blues,” and “Like Mike.”

Elysa earned a B.A. in Art/Semiotics from Brown University and served on the Film Advisory Council for Brown Motion Pictures.

Maia Hollinger

SVP, Television Development & Production

Maia Hollinger is the head of television for Alloy Entertainment, overseeing scripted series. Under Hollinger’s leadership, Alloy television is expanding its slate into more adult and premium content, in addition to the young adult series the company is known for.  

Hollinger came to Alloy from HBO, where she served as Vice President of Drama Development, managing the development and production of original drama series including “The White Lotus,” “The Gilded Age,” “In Treatment,” “The New Pope,” and “The Undoing.” 

Prior to joining HBO, she was Vice President of Creative Affairs at Gaumont, best known for its hit series “Narcos.” Before that, Hollinger was the Director of Television Development at Brillstein Entertainment Partners, where she developed “Sorry for Your Loss,” starring Elizabeth Olsen, for Facebook Watch, “Central Park,” starring Josh Gad, for Apple TV+, and “Manhattan Love Story,” for ABC.
 
Hollinger began her career interning at CBS and went on to work in development at Katalyst and Carol Mendelsohn Productions. She holds a B.A. in English and History of Art and Architecture from Middlebury College.


Olivia Falletti 

Director, Theatrical Development 

Olivia Falletti previously worked at Paradigm Talent Agency after graduating from UCLA. After starting in the Talent Department, she transitioned to the Motion Picture Literary Department, where she was promoted to Coordinator and then Agent. During her time at the agency, she specialized in representing multi-hyphenates and worked across departments to strategically elevate and expand her client’s careers. She’s thrilled to bring the skills she’s developed throughout her own career to her role as Director of Theatrical Development at Alloy and continue collaborating with talented storytellers to shape a slate of films that will resonate with audiences while making a lasting impact in the industry.

Chelsea Kardos

Director, TV Development

Chelsea Kardos joined Alloy Entertainment as Director of TV Development with a passion for storytelling and a focus on female-driven content. Prior to Alloy, Chelsea was at AMC Networks where she spent eight and a half years overseeing an extensive slate of current and development programming, including “The Walking Dead,” “Fear the Walking Dead,” “The Walking Dead: Dead City,” “Moonhaven,” and “Lodge 49.” In addition to managing the day-to-day needs of current (on-air) series, in her most recent role, she was responsible for maximizing growth on AMC’s development slate by meeting on-the-rise filmmakers, creators, and playwrights as well as reviewing external IP for potential adaptation. Chelsea has also worked at New Wave Entertainment, Route One Entertainment, Gersh, and The Kennedy Marshall Company. Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, Chelsea attended the Scripps College of Communications at Ohio University.

Sarah Kim Campbell 

Creative Executive 

Sarah Campbell is a Creative Executive at Alloy Entertainment working across the Feature and Television departments. Eager to champion fresh voices, she gravitates toward thoughtful, culturally resonant material that sparks conversation. Before joining Alloy, she worked at Anonymous Content Studios in New York. Throughout her career, Sarah has also worked at Topic Studios, Nickelodeon, Film Society at Lincoln Center, United Talent Agency, and The Weinstein Company. Born and raised in the suburbs of New York City, Sarah graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Media Analysis & Criticism and a minor in Film.

Malini Narayan

Executive Assistant 

Malini (Mal) Narayan is the Executive Assistant to Elysa Dutton and the film team at Alloy Entertainment. She’s especially drawn to projects that elevate underrepresented voices and has a deep appreciation for comedy in all its forms. Originally from Bangalore, India, she studied Literary Arts and History at Brown University. 

Natalia Caldas

Executive Assistant 

Natalia Caldas is the Executive Assistant to Leslie Morgenstein and Maia Hollinger. She is devoted to uplifting creatives of color and believes deeply in the power of representation—on the page, on screen, and behind the scenes. A proud Posse Foundation Scholar and graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Natalia studied Political Science and Gender & Women’s Studies. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she starts each morning with a long walk (coffee in hand, always iced) and never says no to a good romance novel.
