Troian Bellisario stars as Spencer Hastings on the hit ABC Family television series, Pretty Little Liars. Before Pretty Little Liars, Troian had guest starring roles on many popular shows including Quantum Leap, JAG, and NCIS, of which her father is a producer. Troian has also done many films, mainly independent, but co-starred with the Olsen twins in the film Billboard Dad in 1998. She graduated from the University of Southern California.
